The photographs below are of biscuits and a cheesecake (well, of the crust) baked before January 2010.
The biscuits were prepared from a modified version of Smitten Kitchen's cream biscuits recipe and the cheesecake recipe is from an online Cooks Illustrated recipe (via subscription only -- sorry).
