An Eden Foods sponsored article in the Winter/Spring 2010 issue of American Legacy listed the following "12 top foods to try" this year:
- Kale
- Nuts (peanuts, pistachios, almonds, walnuts)
- Quinoa
- Berries
- Plain, low-fat yogurt
- Avocado
- Beans (other legumes, lentils, peas)
- Mushrooms
- Fish (tuna, salmon, mackerel)
* beware of mercury levels
- Flax
- Oatmeal
- Broccoli
I plan to prepare
Sauteed Kale with Cumin and Smoked Paprika (by 64 sq ft kitchen) this week.
