A week-day pizza utilizing leftovers I had hiding in the fridge-- kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and grapes! It was a yummy combination.
I finished the whole pie myself...hee! Was thinking pine nuts to go with the whole Mediterranean theme but only had pumpkin seeds, so it was a rather incidental combination :)

ReplyDeleteGrapes does seem odd but it is in the same spirit as cranberries in salads. A little punch of sweetness in the savory mix.
