  1. i was inspired by your casseroles! see above.

  2. We still talk about your soup! And I made cornbread #2 in a round, shallow pan -- baked through. Yum!

  3. i made the cornbread again too! and in a shallower pan, but i thought yours was yummier--will use sharp cheddar cheese next time (used a milder cheese). will try making them in muffin tins next time too to max on crusty bits...mmmm, mmmm, mmmm.

  4. Using muffin tins is a brilliant idea! I might try again, too, with gruyere.
